Buyer:
The individual who purchases a product via the www.cloudsoftheden.com website.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the Buyer purchases electronically from the Seller’s website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

2. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total price (including taxes) of the product(s) purchased are as specified in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.

  • The Seller is responsible for delivering the products complete and in accordance with the stated specifications.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are communicated during the order process.

  • Delivery time may vary based on the destination, but the Seller commits to shipping within [X] business days after order confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.

  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email (hello@cloudsoftheden.com) before the withdrawal period ends.

  • The product must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

Note: Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

5. Payment and Security

Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party payment providers. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate billing and shipping information. The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country], and the courts of [Insert City] shall have jurisdiction.

7. Final Provisions
